Film your experience

An original video of your order and your real experience with it. Praise or a positive review is not required.

Post and mention us

Post the video from a public TikTok or Instagram account, mention @creo_ksa and disclose that you are taking part in this order-refund offer. The 30-day window starts on the date you post.

Reach 1,000 and claim

Reach 1,000 genuine likes on that same video, then submit your claim within 30 days of posting it.

The reward and the window are stated here exactly as they are: we return your order value, capped at SAR 300, within 30 days of posting the video.

For everyone who qualifies

A reward for every participant who meets the terms, not a draw. The challenge covers all products, bundles, custom products and multi-product orders.

How the reward is calculated

Paid SAR 175? Get SAR 175 back. Paid SAR 450? Get SAR 300 back, the maximum reward. The amount is calculated after discounts, including tax and shipping.

What is excluded

Any canceled or refunded value is excluded, and the same value is never compensated twice.

The window: 30 days from posting

Reaching 1,000 genuine likes and submitting the claim both happen within 30 days of the date you posted the video. The window is not counted from the order date or the delivery date.

Old order or new? You can take part

Older and newer orders are both accepted, from before or after the challenge launched, with no requirement that the order or delivery be recent. The window starts when you post the video.

Genuine engagement, one video

Likes cannot be combined across different videos or platforms. Purchased likes and paid promotion are not eligible. The video stays public until verification is complete.

One reward

One reward per person and per order. We check the order number, the order owner and the video link before approval.

Review and payment

Review within 3 business days, paid by bank transfer within 7 business days of approval. If a claim is declined we explain why, and you can ask for a second review on WhatsApp.

Your opinion and your rights

An honest experience is what we ask for, even if it is not positive. Reusing your video in advertising needs separate permission from you.

No. If you paid SAR 175, you get SAR 175 back. If you paid SAR 450, you get SAR 300 back. Canceled or refunded amounts are excluded.
